The cacao nibs came quickly and they have worked well for the home projects (chocolate liqueur) I'm using them for. Plus I've thrown just a splash every now and again into my drip pot to add a wee touch of chocolate to my morning coffee. Definitely a little goes a long way, though. Great quality, impressive pricing. I’m quite enamored with the aroma of the partial fermentation. It goes great in a parfait. I like to roast them at 325°F for about 8-10 minutes and make a tea with dash of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom. Don’t try putting them in a coffee grinder though. Apparently roasted cacao nibs have a lot more oil than coffee beans, and it makes more of a paste than a powder which doesn’t brew very well.
