After watching Fantastic Fungi on Netflix, and reading books by Paul Stamets I have included a variety of mushrooms into my daily vitamin regimen. Pleased with the quality and dosage per capsule that Piping Rock carries in their mushroom category. I now take 5 different types of mushroom capsules and prefer to buy them individually to get the highest dose possible rather than buy a blend with a fraction of each dose. The shipping to Sweden went very well and was fast. We didn't have to pay any tull fees, even though the package was stopped at customs. It was way cheaper than if I would have purchased it in Sweden (including shipping). I have been using lion's mane capsules for about 6 months now and just started turkey tail a few days ago.
