Upute:

Dodajte 60 ml u vodu za kupanje ili kupku za noge, isperite dobro nakon svake upotrebe. Upotrijebite ovaj spremnik za dopunjavanje bočice raspršivača (prodaje se zasebno) i raspršite 4 – 5 puta na kožu i umasirajte u područje. Need the larger size!
Was tested by a therapist and told my body needs Magnesium, but on the outside, not in supplement form! Used the smaller size for awhile and it worked so well that I moved up to the larger size! I use it in baths with other oils depending on what my body needs! I love it but be careful mixing with other solids
I didn't realize magnesium oil wasn't really oil.... it is water based and when I made some of my CBD topical products the magnesium oil did not mix and bubbled my products so I had to go back thru all of them and press out the water. I am not sure this is Piping Rocks fault but just beware. it's much better used alone, spray on your feet at night and sleep like a BABY.
