This was my first time trying both the Flaxseed and Piping Rock. I certainly will buy from them again. The service was great and they also sent a nice brochure with some of their other products. As for the Flaxseed I normally purchase the Flaxseed Oil but thought I would try the Seeds as they contain the fiber. I have ground them and put them in smoothies, yogurt, and sprinkled over salads.
